Job Requirements:

• 2+ years in Office Admin, Bookkeeping, HR Coordination, or Customer Service
• Proficient with QuickBooks and Mac computers
• Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and problem-solving
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills
• Comfortable managing tasks across multiple systems/platorms
• Typing speed of 40+ WPM

In This Role, You Will:

• Oversee customer service operations and ensure prompt communication
  • Respond to inquiries, reschedule jobs, and monitor reviews
• Manage invoicing, bill payments, payroll prep, and receipt tracking
  • Match receipts to purchases and update QuickBooks weekly

• Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Post jobs, review applicants, and conduct interviews

• Oversee basic HR processes
  • Track PTO, birthdays, anniversaries, and maintain compliance docs
• Order and manage inventory (uniforms, safety gear, supplies)
  • Maintain internal systems, CRM records, and SOP documentation

Position Details:

• Full-Time (In-Office)
• $55,000–$70,000/year + bonus & benefits
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Reports to Admin Manager
