Compensation:

  • Base pay with performance-based bonuses

  • On-Target Earnings: $45,000–$60,000 annually

  • Weekly pay

In this position you will:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with homeowners

  • Convert incoming leads into scheduled jobs using proven sales scripts

  • Speak with customers about exterior cleaning and seasonal holiday lighting services

  • Use multiple platforms and tools to complete calls and sales efficiently

  • Work toward daily performance goals, including close rate and average ticket

What We're Looking For:

  • Comfortable speaking with customers and selling over the phone

  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls (100+ per day) in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow proven sales scripts

  • Comfortable using multiple platforms while on calls

  • Ability to take feedback, apply coaching, and improve performance

  • Inside Sales or Phone Sales

  • Retail or Service-Based Sales

Job Details:

  • Full-Time (In-Office)

  • Monday-Saturday schedule with staggered start times (8AM-10AM)

    • Occasional Sundays during peak season

  • Typical full-time hours (40+ per week)

  • Reports to Sales Manager
